We call UnitedHealthcare Hearing on your behalf and confirm your benefit — plan type, allowance, and vendor requirements.

Diagnostic evaluation
Comprehensive audiogram and consultation with Dr. Zelenko. Most UHC plans cover this evaluation in full.

You leave with hearing aids matched to your loss and your plan — with a clear, itemized breakdown of what UHC paid and what you owe.

- How long does approval take?
- Most eligibility checks come back within 24 hours. We won't schedule your fitting until your benefit is confirmed in writing.
